New Construction in Lantana
The Town of Lantana has approved the redevelopment of the former Kmart site, now known as Lantana Village, into a phased mixed-use project. The approved site plan includes 426 dwelling units along with approximately 21,967 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The 18-acre site at the northwest corner of Hypoluxo Road and Dixie Highway was acquired by Integra Investments in 2023, with town council workshops and approvals advancing the project through 2025. This represents the primary verified new residential development underway or planned in Lantana at this time.
