New Construction in Winter Haven
Winter Haven continues to see active residential development, with several verified single-family and multifamily projects underway or planned. Highland Homes has submitted plans for Sun Haven, a new subdivision featuring 262 single-family homes on approximately 65 acres north of Thornhill Road and west of Deming Drive, with completion anticipated by 2027. The Breeze, a six-story multifamily apartment building with 102 rental units, is under construction at 265 Avenue E SW and slated to open in 2025. Maronda Homes is actively building and selling new single-family homes in the Villamar community. DRB Homes is developing Willowbrook North, a community with 232 new homes.
