New Construction in Singer Island
123 Ocean is a boutique oceanfront condominium development at the southern end of Singer Island in Palm Beach Shores featuring 27 residences with prices ranging from $1.6 million to $8 million. Sales launched in December 2025 with groundbreaking expected in mid-2026 and completion targeted for the end of 2027. HHC Singer Island LLC has proposed a 20-story luxury tower with 52 condominiums at 3930 North Ocean Drive in Riviera Beach. The Continuum Co. has proposed Singer Island Gateway, a 28-story condominium tower with 298 residences plus ground-level retail and a marina at the eastern edge of the Blue Heron Boulevard Bridge near 2525 Lake Drive in Riviera Beach, designed by Arquitectonica and including public open space. Workforce housing construction is also underway in the area.
