New Construction in Port Orange
Port Orange, Florida continues to experience active new residential construction. In April 2026, the City Council approved the first reading of a development for 50 single-family homes on approximately 56.5 acres of former farmland off Airport Road, west of Airport Road and north of Charles Street. The project, submitted by Paylin Acres, LLC, is planned as a low-density subdivision with roughly one home per acre and will be developed by Paytas Homes. Other ongoing activity includes new townhomes and custom single-family homes in the Woodhaven community by ICI Homes, as well as new custom and estate homes in The Estates at Brown's Landing by the same builder. Additional active new construction is occurring in areas such as Coastal Communities.
