New Construction in Palm Springs
Several small-scale residential projects are in planning or under development in Palm Springs, Florida. An 18-acre multifamily development featuring 264 upscale garden-style apartments across 11 buildings has broken ground. Smaller infill projects include Patio Court Townhomes with 11 two-story fee-simple townhomes on a vacant lot on Patio Court, Atlantic Cay mixed-use project with 14 residential dwelling units at 3172 2nd Avenue North, Integrity Commons redeveloping into four residential dwelling units plus medical office space at 4236 Forest Hill Boulevard and 1761 Forest Avenue, and a one-story triplex at 3575 Coconut Road.
