New Construction in Ocean Ridge
In June 2025, Ocean Ridge commissioners unanimously approved the site plan for a new 15-unit condominium development at the site of a former co-op at 6855 N. Ocean Blvd. This represents one of the few verified multifamily residential projects in the town in recent years. The town maintains an active permitting process for new single-family homes, residential additions, and multifamily projects, with mandatory pre-construction meetings required before work begins on new single-family construction, multifamily developments, and related alterations. Individual custom home builds and infill projects by local builders occur periodically, but no additional large-scale planned communities, townhouse developments, or other named condominium projects with specific unit counts, timelines, or developer details were identified in current records.
