Note: North Key Largo is a relatively small, low-density area within the Florida Keys. Public information on additional large-scale new construction projects (beyond custom single-family luxury homes listed on real estate sites and minor infrastructure like road elevation/flood mitigation) is limited. Many “new construction” listings refer to individual custom homes rather than named development projects. No other significant announced or under-construction residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects were identified in verifiable sources specific to North Key Largo as of the current date.
