Palma Del Lago by GT Homes USA is a new boutique gated lakefront community featuring 37 waterfront single-family residences. Graham Companies has proposed a major residential development of 541 apartments on one of the last undeveloped parcels in the town. A community of 179 residential units with 15,000 square feet of retail space is planned on Graham Dairy Lake.
