Developers have taken over plans for a transit-oriented project on the 18.3-acre property at 7701 N.W. 79th Ave., redesigning it to include 1,141 apartments across three phases along with approximately 7,000 square feet of retail space and 1,742 parking spaces. The project builds on earlier approvals under Florida’s Live Local Act and represents a significant expansion of housing options in the area.
