New Construction in Marathon
Several verified residential construction projects are underway or recently advanced in Marathon, Florida. A 19-unit workforce housing development is planned for the former Monroe County Emergency Operations Center site on 63rd Street, supported by transferred building rights and funding from Tourist Development Council surplus revenues approved in 2025.
