New Construction in Haverhill
Construction of the 40-unit Haverhill Court Townhomes project on Haverhill Road is underway, with certificates of occupancy issued for 20 units as of the town's Spring 2025 newsletter. D.R. Horton is the developer and expects to complete the remaining units later in the year. The town also annexed property off Wallis Road for a developer to construct 100 townhome units, including 10 designated as workforce housing. Newberry Court at 5001 Elderberry Street, part of the townhome development, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its grand opening. The multifamily Residences at Haverhill project is noted in planning documents as located east across Haverhill Road.
