New Construction in Fort Myers
Fort Myers has seen verified new residential construction activity in 2026. Legacy Park II, a $55 million affordable senior housing development by the Housing Trust Group in partnership with AM Affordable Housing, is under construction at 2650/2685 Oak Ridge Court. The two-building, five-story project will deliver 130 income-restricted one- and two-bedroom rental apartments for residents aged 55 and older, with expected completion in spring 2027. ONE (also referred to as One Fort Myers), a 21-story luxury waterfront condominium tower developed in the River District, is also under construction at 2583 First Street. The boutique high-rise will include up to 34 units and is slated for completion in 2026.
