United Group has broken ground on Terracotta Terrace, a 55+ active adult community located at 1398 S.R. 436 in Casselberry. The project includes 152 market-rate units consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses with resort-style amenities. Construction began in 2026 with an expected completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. Winter Park Construction and Forum Architecture & Interior Design are involved in the development. Park Square Homes has also proposed a senior-oriented residential complex in the city featuring 37 homes (11 single-family and 26 duplexes).
