New Construction in Bayonet Point
Ekos at Bayonet Point is a three-phase master-planned affordable housing community totaling 360 units, with construction underway on the first phase of 114 senior apartment homes in a four-story building at 7555 McDowell Way. The project, developed by McDowell Housing Partners, is financed in part with housing tax credits and targets seniors and families with incomes at or below 60% of the area median income. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2026, with subsequent phases adding more senior and family units.
