A tractor-trailer carrying 40,000 pounds of ribeye steaks caught fire Monday on I-44 in Phelps County, Missouri, forcing a temporary highway closure and resulting in a total loss of the meat. Firefighters put out the blaze, which some locals jokingly called the “best-smelling fire” they’d ever seen.
