New Construction in West Park
A small-scale townhouse development by Maverick Building is underway in West Park, marking the first such project of its kind in the city in two decades. The development consists of 19 new single-family townhomes on a lot adjacent to the Romanian church. This represents the primary verified active new residential construction in the city at present. Separate infill efforts, including three affordable single-family homes completed in 2025 through a collaboration involving the City of West Park and partners, have already finished and are not part of ongoing activity.
