New Construction in Viera West
Viera West features multiple active and recently announced residential development projects. Farallon Fields is one of the newest communities under construction, offering mid-century modern homes across approximately 550 homesites with lot sizes ranging from 45 to 75 feet and home sizes from roughly 1,700 to 3,800 square feet. Atalan Cove, developed by Viera Builders near Costco, consists of patio-style spec homes on smaller lots and is in the development phase. Laurasia represents the newest gated neighborhood, providing 14 unique floor plans in architecturally inspired designs. Additional projects include Reeling Park with courtyard homes, the Del Webb 55+ community by Pulte (with Phase 2 underway and amenity center opening), and The Landings, a planned 207-unit single-family rental community by Viera Builders and Condev at the southeast corner of Stadium Parkway and Pineda Boulevard, currently in early planning and approval stages with potential occupancy from 2025 onward. These developments are part of the broader Viera master-planned community expansion in the Viera West area west of I-95.
