About the professional
I love planning weddings. There is something so incredible about being able to put an affair together that fulfills the couples needs but also provides a wow experience for their guests. I've planned weddings and events all over the world but a majority of my couples choose South Florida as their location. I'm also a big fan of holiday parties. Any possibility of creating something that guests will remember while making sure there is joy in the planning process.
You should hire me because I am very good at what I do. I have an incredible reputation not only with couples but with vendors. In many instances, vendors will negotiate a better price because they know they are going to be working with me. I keep the process uncomplicated while ensuring that the logistics of the event are tight. Communication is key. My clients have my personal cell phone that they can text at any time. It's not the question that creates the most stress, it's the time waiting for an answer. You could have the easiest "yes" or "no" question, but if it takes days or weeks for response, that simple question becomes overwhelming. I'm not the cheapest but I am also no the most expensive. There is real value in what I do.

“From our initial consultation call we had a strong sense and understanding that Keith Willard has extensive experience in high end hospitality and planning weddings of all sizes. We regret all the worry and angst we put upon ourselves throughout the months of planning. Keith made himself available as needed and was a calming and reassuring us that “it’s handled”. He utilized his vendor relationships to accomplish tasks and reduce unnecessary costs. Our family highly recommends Keith and his team as he went above and beyond to make sure our daughter’s special day was everything she/we dreamed it would be. Appreciated his candor on recommendations for food and vendors Would never have found them with out my neighbor posting in the community service directory thanks”
