New Construction in Sebring
Sebring Resorts is launching luxury townhomes in 2026 at the Sebring Motor Garages community near the Sebring International Raceway. These townhomes feature massive 30' x 60' private RV garages as part of a larger planned expansion that includes a full-service Raceway RV Resort, private clubhouse with pool, bar, and social spaces, plus a 30,000-square-foot destination center with dining, retail, fuel, and services. Sebring Parkway Townhomes development is underway near Ben Eastman Road. The city issued permits for 127 new housing units in 2024 and 99 by mid-2025, with multiple new construction homes and manufactured homes listed for sale including 2025 Champion park models in 55+ communities along US Highway 27 N.
