New Construction in Meadow Woods
LeCesse Development Corporation secured land near the Meadow Woods SunRail station for a 280-unit Class A multifamily apartment community known as Prado, with plans to begin construction as early as late 2024 and references to groundbreaking activity targeted around 2026 directly across from the station. A separate long-stalled mixed-use project at 13001 Landstar Boulevard involves a proposed 1,764-unit affordable multifamily development plus retail and medical office space, with a new application filed in 2024 to revive the transit-oriented initiative originally associated with El Shaddai Christian Church. Limited new single-family or townhouse communities were identified beyond general references to ongoing home sales in the area.
