No other significant new construction projects (large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments that are announced, under construction, or recently completed) were identified specifically within Masaryktown as of September 2026. Individual new or recently built single-family homes appear in local listings, but these do not constitute named development projects meeting the criteria. Growth in the broader Hernando County area (e.g., Sandal Key or Sunrise Hills) is occurring nearby but outside Masaryktown proper.
