New Construction in Lighthouse Point
NUVO Lighthouse Point is an ongoing residential development of luxury townhouses and residences by NADG. The project broke ground in April 2025 with sitework underway and is on track for completion in late 2025 with deliveries expected into 2026. It features high-end finishes, smart home technology, and wellness-oriented coastal living on NE 23rd Avenue. In addition, multiple custom single-family homes are under construction throughout the city as infill projects on tear-down lots, primarily waterfront canal or Intracoastal properties, built by local custom builders with typical 18-24 month timelines and private gating options in some cases. No large master-planned communities were identified.
