New Construction in Largo
Heron Properties is planning four new townhome communities that will bring a total of 26 new residences to Largo. Seaglass Townhomes is a 10-unit coastal-style development located at 162 3rd Street NW in downtown Largo near Largo Central Park. The three-story units will feature options with two or three bedrooms and rooftop decks, with pricing expected to start in the $700,000s. A single-family home built in 1915 is slated for demolition to make way for construction. Additional communities in the overall plan include Nexa Townhomes also situated in downtown Largo.
