Limited public information available on other large-scale projects reaching construction stage. A proposed ~390-home Homosassa Trails project (Garden Street Communities) at ~5800 W. Homosassa Trail remained in early review/planning as of early 2026 with no confirmed construction start by late 2026. A commercial redevelopment at U.S. 19 and West Homosassa Trail (One Oak Homosassa LLC) is in planning for potential retail tenants but lacks finalized details or timelines. Smaller custom/new builds and non-residential projects (e.g., Sanctuary Mission dormitory) exist but do not meet the scale or criteria for major listed projects.
