No other significant new construction / residential / mixed-use / commercial projects (announced, under construction, or recently completed within the last 3 years) were identified in Highland City through available sources. Minor infrastructure work (e.g., local road improvements like Market Street to support an incoming Aldi’s and hospital access) and potential small commercial bids (e.g., restaurant) exist but do not qualify as major verifiable projects meeting the criteria. Limited public information is available on additional large-scale developments.
