Limited public information is available on additional large-scale new construction projects specifically in Glencoe, Florida (the neighborhood within New Smyrna Beach, Volusia County). Searches primarily surface this active D.R. Horton community along with scattered individual new single-family homes or nearby developments outside the immediate Glencoe area. Broader planning documents mention potential future density increases but no other announced or active residential/mixed-use projects meeting the criteria. Infrastructure work (e.g., water treatment expansions) exists but does not qualify as residential or mixed-use development.
