• Description: The first new oceanfront condominium tower in Bal Harbour in over a decade. This boutique 24- to 25-story building features expansive, high-end sky villas designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) with interiors by Rottet Studio. It offers direct oceanfront access on the last remaining beachfront parcel in the village, private elevators, large terraces, and luxury amenities.[1][2]
